Lisa Iversen

Receiving Life in Ancestral Blueprints.

Lisa shares how her work as a psychotherapist with individuals, couples, and families inspires her perspective on U.S. history, belonging, ancestors, race, and love.

Lisa is the Founding Director of the Center for Ancestral Blueprints where she developed programs such as the Family Matters Immersion Series, An Embodied Conversation with the Internalized Colonizer, and Making Love Visible retreats. Lisa developed the BOB + BART approach to strengthening one’s capacity for engaging with power, love, and work, in collaboration with Kate Regan, president of Kairos Consulting Group.

Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a practicing psychotherapist for 23 years. For 17 of these years she has been steeped in the field of systemic constellations. She is a lifelong learner, learning with and from families of all lineages, and a frequent public speaker regarding the influence of ancestry in individuals and groups.
